Hi

First select all of the cells in the
SheetFormatCellsProtectionremove the check mark form Locked.
Next select the single cell you want to be
lockedFormatCellsprotectioncheck Locked.
ToolsProtectionProtect Sheet (optionally provide a password - remember
to write it down somewhere of you do)
