Select cells A1:C3
Right click anywhere inside the selection av choose "Copy".

Right click on an empty space and choose "Paste Special".
In the dialog that appears tich the "Transpose" checkbox and then
click on OK.

Your transposed data table can now be Cut and Paste to the original
location, i.e. cells A1:C3.
