Default Selection after enter

And yet another slight change in the way you get to Options in 2010, although
this time it's an improvement (when compared to 2007).
I hadn't thought about the Transitions setting, so I got lucky because if
the "Action after Enter..." hadn't done it, it would have become a stumper
for me!

There is an option to tell Excel which way to go when the Enter key is
pressed.
What version of Excel are you using? Access to Options changed when XL2007
was introduced.
Also check that do not have Transitions set (this makes Excel behave like
Louts123) - again this is is in the Options dialog.
best wishes

After entering data into the active cell, pressing the tab key moves the
selection to the right, but pressing the enter key does not move the
selection at all. It stays at the cell where the data was just entered.
Why?
