Try this UDF (User Defined function). From workbook launch VBE using Alt+F11.
From menu Insert a Module and paste the below function.Close and get back to
workbook and try the below formula.

=EVAL(A1:E1)
and format the formula cell to %

Function Eval(rngTemp As Range) As Variant
Dim cell As Range
For Each cell In rngTemp
Eval = Eval + Evaluate("=" & cell.Text)
Next
Eval = Eval / rngTemp.Count
End Function
