To a certain extent yes. E.g. if A1 contains one Alt+Enter then
=LEFT(A1,SEARCH(CHAR(10),A1)-1) returns the content before Alt+Enter,
=RIGHT(A1,LEN(A1)-SEARCH(CHAR(10),A1)) after Alt+Enter.
