Excel is reading formula as a value
Make sure that the cell that gets that formula is formated as General (or
anything but Text).
Then re-enter the formula.
You may want:
=if('sf-14'!ag13="","",'sf-14'!ag13)
Then if AG13 on sf-14 is empty, you won't see a 0.
