Default excel conditional formatting

The first two a
Condition 1: Cell value is equal to ="Yes"
Click Add at the bottom of the dialog box
Condition 2: Cell value is equal to ="No"
Choose the format for each one as you want them to be.
Maybe someone else can help with the #N/A piece of this.
