Default if b=100 & a=(c*.65)/2 when a+b=c, what are b & c?

What I meant was:
1.3c - c = - 600
0.3c = - 600
c = - 2000

Frankly, I'm a little rusty - but shouldn't it be:
= - 600 / (1.3-1)
which results: c = - 2000

Doesn't that just require juggling the components around

=(600*0.5)/35%
