Thanks for the suggestion. However, I already tried using DCOUNTA, but the
results were still incorrect.

I finally tried using ="=Post-Phase 3" and ="=Post-Phase 3 and PDU" as the
criteria for DCOUNT and the results came out correct.

criteria is "Post-Phase 3").
