Take the following actions:-

For example A 3 to A 21 inclusive.

2. Home / Styles group / Conditional Formatting / New Rule

New Formatting Rule pane should launch.

3. Click on:-

Format only unique or duplicate values

4. Make sure that the:-

Format all:

duplicate

5. Click on:-

Format . . .

Fill tab

- and select a colour of your choice.

OK

OK again (back in the New Formatting Rule pane).

6. Now any duplicates will be highlighted in the colour that you chose at

Hello,

Using Excel 2007.

Is it possible to select a column, and have Excel highlight, or tell,
if there are any duplicate entries in that column ?

Thanks,
Bob
