Try this formatted as a date

=WORKDAY(A1,80)

If you get a #NAME error then
Tools|Addins and check the analysis toolpak. the formula can also take a
third argument

=WORKDAY(A1,80,B1:B10)

Where B1:B10 contaions a list of dates (Holidays) you would also like to
exclude.
