Please help me how to calculate the number of hours and minutes
Between two columns:

Ex:
Beginning Apt. Ending Apt.
2/1/10 9:40am and 2/1/10 2:00pm. It will be 4 hours and 20 minutes or
(4:20) if I calculate manually. Please help me to write the formula.
