If I have a cell with a sum value, say 100, can I get a second cell to show a
value up to but not to exceed 50 based on the first cell? Can I then get a
third cell to show the remainder of anything over the 50 but less than say
125, based on the value of the first cell?
e.g I have 100 wigets.
the first 50 widgets cost $X;
51-125 widgets cost $Y;
over 125 widgets cost $Z
