Default How do I change the date format?
If anyone could help, I would be appreciative... I have 800 rows of data
where the date is currently formatted:

1. YYYYMMDD How do I change this to MM/DD/YYYY?

2. Telephone number is currently formatted as 7607236300. How do I change
this to 760-723-6300?
