Default Formatting rows in a spread sheet.

I assume you are talking about printing the 1 or 2 rows on each sheet
on a printed document. I always go to "Page Setup" and click on
"Sheet" tab, In the window "Rows to repeat at top" you can select the
rows or type in "a1:a2" to get the first two rows for example.
