Try this array formula** :

=SUM(IF(ISNUMBER(FIND("/",A1:E1)),--LEFT(A1:E1,FIND("/",A1:E1)-1)))&"/"&SUM(IF(ISNUMBER(FIND("/",A1:E1)),--MID(A1:E1,FIND("/",A1:E1)+1,4)))

** array formulas need to be entered using the key combination of
CTRL,SHIFT,ENTER (not just ENTER). Hold down both the CTRL key and the SHIFT
key then hit ENTER.
