Here are two options:

The count of all C's that fullfill the A and B criterias.
=SUMPRODUCT((A1:A10=F1)*(B1:B10=F2))

The sum...
=SUMPRODUCT((A1:A10=F1)*(B1:B10=F2)*(C1:C10))
