Go To: Start -- Settings -- Control Panel -- Mouse -- Click Wheel Tab
-- Change the option from ENABLE UNIVERSAL SCROLLING to USE MICROSOFT OFFICE
97 SCROLLING EMULATION ONLY and then click OK.
