How can I stop this please!
It's not an @ sign, it's the copyright symbol. Excel (like all Office
programs) is trying to be helpful. To stop it, delete the entry in
Autocorrect.
Can I emphasize that you might want the autocorrect to continue since
the list is the same for Word. If there are only a few "(c)"s needed,
you can cancel the "helpful" change with a space then CTRL-z.
