All of a sudden Excel opens and saves all of my files through C:\My Network
PLaces\My Documents instead of directly through C:\My Documents. I can open
any files starting with My Documents\filename but as soon as I try to open an
Excel document using MS Excel the path becomes C:\My Network Places.

I started to notice this about three or four days ago when it started taking
4-5 seconds to save the documents instead of the normal less than a second.
I have had a home network for many years and have not added any new equipment
in the last week (or software).

Any ideas?
