No, 1 pint is 20 oz unless you live in USA

1 quart = 2 pints
1lb 4 oz = 20 ounces
The above is what you have given me.
Therefore 2 pints must equal 20 ounces.
Therefore 1 pint equals 10 ounces.
Therefore 3.25 pints equals 10 ounces times 3.25 = 32.5 ounces.
I reckon that's your answer.
Takes me back to my school days!
If my comments have helped please hit Yes (and change to metric it's alot
easier!).
Thanks.

I have a homework assignment for my cooking class and am trying to enter
the
information in a spreadsheet to convert to different size recipes and
can't
remember how to set it up to convert. Like if I have one recipe that
says it
is for 1 quart and you need 1lb 4 oz convert to a recipe that is 3 1/4
pints
what is needed for the new recipe???
Except that 2 pints does not equal 20 ounces.
1 pint is 16 ounces, but that is not what was asked for either.
