Default Format date in header

Hi,
there was a solution given by Ron de Bruin with a VBA code

You can use the format function
Copy this event in the Thisworkbook module

Private Sub Workbook_BeforePrint(Cancel As Boolean)
Dim sht As Worksheet
For Each sht In ActiveWorkbook.Sheets
sht.PageSetup.LeftFooter = Format(Now, "*March 14,2001")
Next sht
End Sub

Thanks for the reply. However, I want to know how to format the date in the
header, not in the worksheet. Can you help?

I use the date button to insert the date in the spreadsheet header &[Date] ,
and I want to change the format of the date from 1/15/2010 to January 15,
2010. How do I do that?

Alternatively, what's the format for 15-Jan-2010?
