Hey!

A question about random numbers in excel. I have a huge list of people and I
need to assign to each one a random number between 0.0 and 1.25.

The problem is I need the following:

70% of the people to be between 1 and 1.2
20% of the people to be above 1.2
10% of people below 1

any way I can do this randomly???
