Default is microsoft strong cryptographic provider encryption good enough

Hi
Using excel 2003 .
I have workbook password protected using microsoft strong cryptographic
provider encryption. Is it good enough ?
Or do i need to switch to office 2007 to get good security ?
I don't want anyone to be able open the document.

Thanks
