I have A1 cell returning the value in A2, using '=A2'

In B1, is it possible to return the value in a fixed location relative to
'=A2' (say, +3 columnds to D2) using OFFSET, or other function?

e.g. If I changed A1 from '=A2' to '=A5', I want B1 to now return value in D5.
