Looks like your data got imported like text...

Try this...
Enter 1 in any blank cell not in the column with dates...
Copy that cell
Select the column with dates
Choose Edit-Paste Special and check agains 'Multiply' and click OK.
Now format your column if you have not already done so the way you want...

The above should convert your data to number format.
