Use any of the below formula which one is convenient for you.

=A2&" (Your Character) "&B2&" (Your Character) "&C2

OR

=CONCATENATE(A2," (Your Character) ",B2," (Your Character) ",C2)

The Characters you are mentioning within the Double Quotes (€œ) will be shown
in between the result of cell references.
