1) First type Single, Married, Divorced, Separate in any range where you
entry clerk can not modify it, say M1:M4.
2) Select the Status column
3) Tools Data Validation
4) Setting: Allow - "list", Source - "M1:M4", Check "Ignore blank" and "In
Cell drop Down"
