I have no control from the data source. The names in the first column are
supervisor's names, going down the column you see 'Total' which is the
subtotals for that particular supervisor's team.

It's the subtotals that I'm trying to reference with a lookup function but
since the brianiacs don't label the data for each team with unique names.
What function could count down from a unique name (use Shane for example),
drop down to the next cell that says "Total" and rename it Shawn ... then
do
the same thing for Brantley, etc??? Many Thanks to the Guru that answers
this for me.
