Default Conditional count if function

Very confusing!

"A" < = "B"

Can you explain in words what that means?

See if this is what you had in mind.

...........A..........B
1........Z.........1.5
2........A........1.2
3........A........0.9
4........C........1.4
5........A........2.1
6........A........2.0

Count instances where column A = A and column B is =1 and <=2.

=SUMPRODUCT(--(A1:A6="A"),--(B1:B6=1),--(B1:B6<=2))

Result = 2 (row 2 and row 6)

Better to use cells to hold the criteria.

D1 = A
E1 = 1
F1 = 2

=SUMPRODUCT(--(A1:A6=D1),--(B1:B6=E1),--(B1:B6<=F1))

Hello,

Can any one please let me know how to take the count pertaining to a
condition, Example: Range of Values in a colomun and need to take the
count
of the value's in range between i.e., The values are from A to Z in a
column,
find out the count of value if "A" < = "B", or the count of "A" is in
between the range 1 to 2
