Default can hidden sheets be prevented from opening without a password?

Hi unclepablo54,

It certainly can.

In Excel 2007, you would first hide the sheets that you want to remain
hidden. Then click "Protect Workbook" from the "Review" section of the
ribbon. You click on "Protect the Structure and Windows" and leave "Windows"
ticked. Enter your password and your workbook is protected.

Users cannot unhide the sheets without the password.

I hope this helps.

Cheers,
Nick

Can this be done by, say, password protection, as can be done in Word?
