Handle that using ISNA() ...
=IF(ISNA(VLOOKUP(C2&D2&E2,All_prices!$A$2:$H$33,8, 0)),0,
VLOOKUP(C2&D2&E2,All_prices!$A$2:$H$33,8,0))
