You could have another set of columns that link to the first set, and
show those for printing. For example, if your marked columns are D:F,
enter the following formula in cell G2:

=IF(E2="X",E$1,"")

Copy the formula across to column I
Copy down to the last row of data

Hide columns D:F when printing
