Is there a way to format negative numbers in red WITHOUT fixing the decimal
precision.

i.e. if a cell is formatted as "general" then the number 1 displays as 1 and
1.23 displays as 1.23 etc.

So I need a "general" type formatting but showing negatives as red (and
signed).
