Open Office Calc is the Spreadsheet program from Open Office, you don't
open a program with Excel. If on the other if you really meant to ask
"How do I open AN Open Office Calc FILE with Excel?" , the answer is you
don't. You open that file in Open Office Calc, and then Save As, XLS
file, and then open the xls file in Excel.
