Default Pivot table

On the PivotTable toolbar, click the PivotTable dropdown button, and go to
formulas, then Calculated Field. You can now create a calculated field that
will apply mathematical operators to 1 or more of your previous fields.

Would someone be able to tell me how to enter a calculation to subtract one
group from another in a pivot table, without having to modify the source data.
ex
group A has 6 items and a total
group B has 20 items and a total
there are several more groups
I would like to have a row within the table which subtracts B from A , not
effecting the other information
thank you in advance
