One thing,
at the end of the function
you seem to multiply by 1
[ *1 ].
What is the purpose?

Numbers to the left of the"x":
=LEFT(A1,SEARCH("x",A1)-1)*1

Numbers to the right of the "x":
=MID(A1,SEARCH("x",A1)+1,15)*1
