Default sort part of a filtered spreadsheet

Can't imagine why you would want to do this but:
Select the range of data that she wants sorted. Then "sort and filter" and
select criteria. When the "Sort Warning" window pops select "Continue with
the current selection".

Be careful doing this because it "unsynchronises" your database.

trying to do this, it sorts entire worksheet.
