I am a new Excell user. I found and downloaded a template for tracking blood
sugar.
My question is: How do I remove the values already in the template and add
my own,
also create the chart from the data added? All assistance would greatly be
appreciated. I need a step by step how to do to get this done.
I have MS Office 2007 and am running Vista Home Premium
