I need an if function that would return the number of days below

If cell a1=32 hours =3.5 days
Range:
1-10= 1day
11-14=1.5 days
15-20=2 days
21-24= 2.5 days
25-30=3 days
31-34= 3.5 days
35-40= 4 days
