That can be done with a simple Vlookup using closest match

=vlookup(A1, Sheet1!$A$2:$C$6, 3, true)

or with index match

=INDEX(Sheet1!$C$2:$C$6, MATCH(A1, Sheet1!$A$2:$A$6, 1))

Where your value is in A1 on sheet2
