When trying to analyze raw data, I have multiple instances of clients and
want the pivot table to count clients rather than count each instance.

Example:

AAAA-1
AAAA-1
BBBB-1
CCCC-1
CCCC-1

I want the pivot table to return 3 clients, not 5.
