Excel will work fine, as long as your don't have over 65000 portfolios.

After you have entered all your data, simply apply the autofilter, and you
can show only those that have, for example, largest concentration values
between 15% and 25%, if that is what you want, or those where the second
largert concentration is greater than 18%, etc. etc.
