When you choose Save As, pick the top choice in the Save As Type box and
click Save. Then close and reopen the file and see if the problem goes away.

Remember if you have any of these functions in the workbook you will be
asked to save changes because they are volatile: NOW, TODAY, RAND, OFFSET,
CELL, INDIRECT, and INFO
