Default Conditional formatting

Select the range of cells. Assume this range is ColA.
Goto Home tabStylesConditional FormattingManage rulesNew ruleUse a
formula to determine which cells to format
Enter this formula in the box below:
=ABS(E1)20.1%
Click the Format button


Add 2nd condition
=ABS(E1)10.1%
Select the desired style(s) Amper

Add 3rd condition
=ABS(E1)0%
Select the desired style(s) Green
