Group all your worksheets together (right-click on a sheet tab and
choose Select All Sheets), then what you do on one (eg inserting a
row) will happen on all the sheets.

Don't forget to ungroup the sheets afterwards (right-click a sheet tab
and choose Ungroup sheets).
