Hi

I'm creating a spreadsheet with percentages in one column and in the
next column i need to a specific word according the value of the
percentage.

For example

anything above 70% needs to be called fixed
anything above 50% but lower than 70% needs to be called flexible

etc
etc

Can anyone help with this please?
