Something like:

=IF(AND(B1=0,C1=1),0.4*A1,0)

where the .4 is actually your value.

Scenario 3: If both B1 and C1=0 then D1=0

NB: B AND C ARE ALWAYS EITHER 1 OR 0

How do i build the function to perform these calculations in column D
dependant on the values in B and C?
