I have A1 and A2
subtract A2 from A1
my problem lies when those numbers fall between 12 - 12.50
I need it to still subtract them but if it falls between there, I need to
additionally subtract another .50
wherever this falls, is a completely random column

Is there a formula for somthing like this?
