Default 2007 loses ribbon when resized

If you're making the ribbon disappear by dragging the bottom of the Excel
application window up toward the top you can set it to never disappear by
adding this dword registry entry and leaving its value at 0.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\12.0\C ommon\RibbonMinAppHeight
